At Study Forge Institute, we strive to provide a seamless and rewarding learning experience for our users. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your education package purchase. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy to address your needs:

Refund Eligibility:
1.1. Customers are eligible for a full Re-imbursement if they cancel their education package within one (1) week from the date of purchase.
1.2. Refund requests made after the one-week period will not be eligible for consideration.

3.2. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 business days.
